Amending an order

 

If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order please contact us immediately hello@scentsofspirit.co.uk as once an order has been shipped they cannot be cancelled or amended.

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return items back within 30 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.

We don't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When returning items we advise that you obtain proof of posting. As items are fragile we advise that they are well packaged as we cannot except returns that are damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item which are non­ refundable.
